Sponsorship

An athletic event requires significant resources – more resources than can be covered by a reasonable entry fee.  Ultimately, the goal is to raise money beyond the needs of the event which will help fund the Nancy Sellars Memorial Scholarships.

Why be a sponsor?

Certainly, there is always a “feel good” aspect to being a sponsor. It is wonderful when a business can give back to the community. In return, all sponsors will be promoted on all race material, race apparel, electronic media and social media.

Further, each year’s sponsors and donors will be noted with the presentations of the Nancy Sellars Memorial scholarships.

Keeping Nancy’s memory and spirit alive and promoting high school students, both academically and athletically, is a noble and worthy action.

Sponsorship Levels

Naming Rights ($2,000):  Sponsor would be cited as the primary sponsor of the event. In all promotions regarding the race the naming sponsor would be cited alongside the race name, for example: The Bear Trax 20K, sponsored by MCG Widgets.

Other Sponsor Levels:  Sponsors at the following levels will be included in race literature, signage and on runner and volunteer shirts. Larger sponsor levels will receive greater prominence.  Levels: Gold: $500, Silver: $300, Bronze: $150.
